Do you have a lot of homework? Just did an essay for two hours? This is a page where you can unstress yourself. Here are some things to do:

Listen to some songs such as: The Lazy Song by Bruno Mars, Halo by Beyoncé or Nothin' on You by B.o.B.

Sit calmly, relax and think about the most pleasant time of your life.

Stretch your muscles.

Take a hot or cold shower, whichever you prefer.

This should be done at the end of the day, to calm your mind to ensure a sound sleep

Some things that you should NOT do:

Play a violent or addictive game. This can lead to head aches or too long breaks.

Watch over an hour of television, you will probably not get to your work and once again, you will have a headache.

Lay down on something too comfortable :). This could lead to the will against getting up and even more stress when you feel forced to get up. But at the same time, feel free to get comfortable.

OMIGOD!!!! This thing is like, the size of a huge building! Look at the people compared to this thing!! (it's called bagger 288).
